Raw Silk Cozy Dress

This was an investment for me that has already paid off. I live on the cool Oregon coast where a cozy dress works every night of the year, and while it is 90 degrees inland, we have our wood stove running this August night! It is so nice to get home from work and approach my unwinding like a luxury and treat - I dry brush, deep condition, oil my skin and slip into my cozy dress. I'm a workaholic and it makes resting feeling like a reward. I can't wait for when it gets properly cold and I can pair with some wool stockings and alpaca cap.

The fit on this dress is 10/10, it is so flattering while being elegant, cozy, comfortable and chic. I always feel beautiful when I put it on. Anecdotally I also run quite hot but I find the raw silk to be temperature regulating, not too hot or cold. I have a rare violet colored dress, but I love the creme so much and will get one of those probably this season.

Underrated benefit of this dress? Lots of arm movement while maintaining a flattering shape. I feel like I have so much freedom in this dress in any weather. Not too hot. Not too cold. Just right.

Charlotte never disappoints! I purchased the cozy dress in ink from a sample sale Charlotte put on and I don’t even know where the imperfection is it’s so gorgeous. I love this dress for fall/winter, and especially Halloween since it looks black, and it’s great for temperature regulation since it’s raw silk! I love the drape on this dress. There’s so much material, I feel like a princess when I wear it!
