Seasonal Soft and Cozy Raw Silk Scarves

Cozy and delicious raw silk scarf, featuring the same beautiful raw silk used for our clothing. Raw silk is a bunny and matte fabric—it is similar(ish) in texture to flannel in that it has little pills of fabric on the surfance. It feels warm and nubby and is a great winter fabric. It gets softer as it is worn and absorbs oil from your skin. 

Wash cold, tumble dry low. Keep out of prolonged direct sun. Do not hang dry as it will stiffen the fabric. 

Dyed and cut in house in Bend, Oregon. 

Dyed with indigo in a naturally formed shibori pattern achieved through twisting and scrunching. The sunset cloud (pinkish purple) is indigo over pale lilac (logwood.) 

Sizes are approximate and may vary by 1-2" but will always measure over. Ex. Medium scarf could be between the range of 30-32"

*please note that raw silk scarves are different sizing than charmeuse. ex. standard raw silk is 24" to account for slightly more bulk in the fabric and charmeuse standard is 22".
