A beautiful woven cotton dress based on the same pattern as our cozy dress. Made with 100% beautiful woven cotton in pure white. This dress is a slightly heavier weight than the midsummer and is lined. There are slight differences in details between the cozy dress and this dress. The ruffle detail at collar and the seam of the shoulder hem is dropped on this style. This is a PRE-ORDER only dress. We will be ordering the exact amount of units ordered and this is helping us with not having leftover units as well as helping to cover production costs.
Here are the garment measurements - most important to measure is bust (total bust) it does not have to be exact but should be larger than your bust size and shoulder if you desire otherwise this dress is TRUE TO SIZE and you can rely on ordering your TYPICAL SIZE. If in between size up.
WHY IS THIS NOT A ONE SIZE DRESS?
We do our best to do one size dresses when possible. This dress is not one size simply because of the design of the shoulder and bust seams. My brand is always in experimentation and we are seeing how the community likes sized dresses VS. unsized/one size pieces.
Charlotte AND Janessa (the model) are wearing Size S/M. Janessa is typically wearing an XS/0 but comfortably wore the S/M. She is 5/6". Charlotte is a standard medium/6 and is 5'5" and wore the size S/M most comfortably.
S/M: 40" bust circumference 34" length
L/XL: 44" bust circumference 34" length
2X/3X: 48" bust circumference 34" length
THIS IS A VERY ROOMY DRESS SO DON'T STRESS TOO MUCH ABOUT SIZING UP OR DOWN. If you fall into the category of between sizes (especially in regards to bust - size up!) Bust is not supposed to be an exact measurments. Your bust should be at easy 1" smaller than the bust measurement listed to make sure it is a roomy fit for you!
PLEASE WASH COLD AND DRY FLAT FOR BEST RESULTS.

I have been pining over this dress for months now, and decided it was finally time to snag one up. I love its feminine features, and the dark blue color is perfect. It’s not as easy to breast-feed as I thought it would be, but it’s doable. Overall, I am so so happy with this dress!
The new sizing is not working for my body. I tried the L/XL first, and the neckline was too wide, almost coming off my shoulders. The S/M was too tight on my bust. Something in between would've been perfect. The exchange process is painstakingly slow and not free. You'll have to pay for shipping back & forth each time, which isn't ideal when shopping online. Also, you won't be allowed to return anything completely, so you'll end up with a coupon code as your "store credit." I first bought the L/XL a month ago & now I'm waiting again to send back the S/M. The fabric is also very thin, but it's nice that it has two layers, so it's not completely see-through like the nightgowns. I think I'll be giving up on this dress.
As a shorter honeydove angel, I have been hesitant to order a dress. I have loved the scarves, scrunchies, bows, and separates. But let me tell you this dress is beyond!! I purchased in dark green, and will most likely pick up a light colorway in the spring. So ridiculously comfortable and flattering.
I feel like this is the perfect fall and Christmas dress. It looks so good with leggings (my merino wool black are fab) and jeans too. Or some fancy faux leathers look perfect. For me the dress is too short if I bend over but I was anticipating that and planned for wearing leggings.

This quality dress is so simple, yet holds so many well done details. The collar, puff sleeve and general drape make this piece one that everyone will compliment. You would be surprised how many different occasions you can dress this up or down & with tights, boots, and a sweater or out on a summer night- it is the perfect weight. I love all my honey dove pieces, but this one especially for the beautiful blue cornflower color I selected, although the purple periwinkle was making me doubt my choice. Customer service is always top notch and each piece really stands out for design and craftsmanship.
